Well, the only thing that really stands out to me are the letters in lower case which would read “bing” that just happens to be microsoft’s new search engine… hmm now to think about the other letters

The first clue is “3000 Upside Down”
Ideas: It could be a postcode - Melbourne?
If you turn 3000 upside down it still reads as 3000, I’m not really good at these trivia style things, so nothing more yet….
