How NOT to Win Competitions and Sweepstakes + a Competition for Aussies

Seriously folks, there is no way I will be having some exciting new prize rock up to my doorstep this month!

Time just seems to be getting more and more scarce lately, which really sucks with this hobby. The truth is, if you don’t make time to enter competitions, then you simply don’t win….

I’ve entered about 6 competitions all week, and to give you some idea, I would normally enter at least 15 per DAY! When I am hitting particularly hard because I am motivated, I might even enter up to 30……..

So what have I been doing? Well I’ve actually been spending the day trying to get organised. The worst thing about getting organised is that it takes time, and when you are already behind on everything, it’s tempting to give up… but, there’s light at the end of the tunnel, I’ve cleaned up lots of the junk sitting around on my laptop, streamlined my emails, a few websites I look after, and even set myself up a new diary specifically to track my competition entries and closing dates etc.

As of tomorrow, I will start writing a new series on Word or Less competitions, otherwise known as slogan or tie breaker competitions or contests. These are the competitions that require you to provide an creative answer in order to have a chance of winning.
